Ribbon cutting held for Capital Bank home loans

The Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon cutting to welcome Capital Bank.

Capital Bank Home Loans is a leading mortgage lender providing mortgage services in all 50 states. With headquarters in Rockville, Md., the local branch is located at 18949 Coastal Highway, Suite 303, Rehoboth Beach.

Carol Miller, Eric Parsons, Brandon Johnson, Shelley Foresman, Megan Crater and Tom Harriman work out of the Rehoboth branch.

Eric Parsons, Branch Manager of the Rehoboth Beach office, has nearly 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry and has consistently been recognized as one of the top producers. In 2021, Parsons was ranked #2 in Delaware for total mortgage volume according to the annual Scottsman Guide rankings.

A Delaware native who resides in Lewes with his wife and three boys, Parsons attended the University of South Carolina, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. In his spare time, Parsons enjoys running, travelling, skiing and making sure his sons stay active. He also sits on the board of the Rehoboth Beach Boys & Girls Club.

Shelley Foresman is a seasoned mortgage professional with over 20 years of industry experience. Its approach to lending embodies an unwavering commitment to best serve the interests and unique needs of its clients. She is hands-on and actively engages every client she serves.
